REFUND POLICY:

Not happy with your purchase? Let us know! We aim to make sure every customer is a happy one!

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply based on your preferred form of credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Order never arrived? Yikes! Be sure to let us know at hometownbride@womangettingmarried.com

First check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send another order to the correct address, though we will have to charge for shipping. :(

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hometownbride@womangettingmaried.com noting your order number and we will see what happened!

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days!

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size you ordered. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
